I enjoyed the outdoor patio where breakfast was served. It had a great view of the bay. the bar staff was superb and the harbor view rooms were amazing! angelica really were great for our group, our experience was nice.
I found that the decor in the room needs some updating. Paint was peeling in certain spots.

This location is near many shops and restaurants on 5th avenue. It also has a nice tiki bar on the water. tin city is within walking distance, as is the luxurious 5th avenue.

the outdoor facilities are fantastic, with a lovely warm pool and spa available. ample seating and sun loungers are provided for relaxation. an indoor pool is available, so bringing a swimsuit is a must!!!

The location was acceptable. It allowed for access to nearby amenities.
The condition of the room was substandard. I found the showerhead produced very little water. It took an unreasonable amount of time to rinse shampoo. Paint was peeling near the air conditioner. A hole marred the wall. I consider these issues significant failures in upkeep.

The location near shops and restaurants was great! The staff maintained cleanliness throughout the hotel and patio. Ample parking was available. I also found the updated menu to be quite good. It was nice knowing food and drinks were available after a long drive.
The TV channel guide did not work, so navigating channels was difficult.

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful i was happy to be able to check into my room before the official check-in time the location is really good close to popular spots the hotel restaurant has a terrace offering a beautiful view i will return.
the room decor could use some updating i noticed paint peeling in certain areas the bathroom was a bit small too shower gel was not initially provided i had to request it at the reception.

the pool area looked very relaxing i noticed people could easily order food and drinks from the bar nearby the tiki bar adjacent to the lobby, dock and pool area provides great food and entertainment.

the rooms had a mini fridge, a tv, and a coffee machine.. two bottles of water were complimentary. the location is convenient and close to the beaches and to the stores. you can walk to 5th avenue without worrying about parking.
the gym is small and not very well equipped.

I enjoyed the gorgeous tiki patio bar, overlooking the bay. It was a highlight. I secured a great deal on a Bay View King roomwith fine views. The restaurant menu offered reasonably priced selections. I found it quite satisfying. Restaurants and shops were also conveniently located within a short walk from the hotel.
I noticed a lack of luggage carts. This made bringing luggage in and out somewhat inconvenient. I hope this will be addressed in the future.
